Bird of Paradise/Whitebird

Add a touch of the tropics to your home with this leafy plant.  It can grow taller than you!

Will survive in bright to lower levels of light but will thrive in a sunnier spot with at least 4 hrs of southern light. (It won't love the hot midday sun though). 

Keep soil evenly moist in spring + summer.  During this time it will love misting as well. DUring dormant period (fall + winter), water less - about once a month - allowing the top two inches to dry between watering.
